Diego Rojas' First Signing As Manager!

Recently appointed manager Diego Rojas has signed his first ever player for the team. Apostolos Faltakas is a 29 year old Greek center mid who we bought for 5 million GBP from North Star United in the 20th level league.

After announcing his first signing Diego Rojas told Appleby Radio in an interveiw "I am very happy to be telling you about my son's friend joining. Of course I must treat him the same as I treat other players here at this amazing amazing club but I feel he will change the team for good".

When asked about him club captin Tommy Wilson said "I have seen play amazing football at North Star and we hope he can carry that over to here too. I know Di (Rojas) trusts him (Faltakas) and I trust Di's choices so we will have to wait to see what happens this season".

We also spoke to the new boy who told us "the reason I chose here is becuase my friend Zimay (Rojas' eldist son) told me about the style of football his farther plays and I look forward to going Appleby Park for the first time at this big team".
