The club can report with a heavy heart that we have parted ways with first team manager Jack Jackson with immediate effect.
Mr Jackson took over the team for the first time after the sacking of Jeff Jefferson but then left the club to join Red Wings United as manager. He then took charge again after Diego Rojas left due to health issues. We can now confirm we must now part ways with Jack due to the fact we have only won 2 games all season so far in all tournaments.
We can also confirm Sam Greenwood has left his role as youth manager due to his close relationship with Jack Jackson. Under 18's manager Zane Mally will be promoted to the manager of out development squad and so James Kane will take charge of the Under 18s.
They club will immediately look for a new manager but until then assistant manager Alfie Days will take charge of the first team.
We wish Mr Jackson and Mr Greenwood luck in thier careers and they are always welcome back to Appleby Park
